- Pick up in store : You can pick up your order at any of our boutiques in Lima: Conquistadores (San Isidro), Caminos del Inca (Surco) or Derby (Surco). It has no cost. The order can be collected from the second day of its confirmation. We'll let you know when it's ready. For special cases, consult through our WhatsApp .
- Standard Shipping (Metropolitan Lima) : It costs S/15 for orders for amounts less than S/600 and free for larger amounts. The order will be sent up to 2 business days after confirmation. We make deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 11 am and 7 pm, and Saturdays between 10 am. and 2 p.m. We will notify you on the day we are shipping your order.
- Express Shipping (Metropolitan Lima) : It costs S/20. The order will be sent up to 24 business hours after confirmation. Applies only to the districts of Chorrillos, Barranco, Miraflores, San Isidro, Santiago de Surco, La Molina, San Borja, San Luis, Surquillo, Jesús María, Lince, Pueblo Libre, San Miguel, Magdalena.
- Standard Shipping (Provinces): The cost varies depending on the destination city and the weight/volume of the order. We offer the option of pickup at Shalom agencies and home delivery throughout Peru. Delivery time: between 3 and 5 days, depending on the destination.
- Worldwide shipping: We ship via DHL. The cost varies depending on the destination country and the weight/volume of the order. Delivery time: between 3 and 10 days, depending on the destination.
At Plumas we strive to guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase. We know that sometimes expectations can vary , which is why we have designed a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or need a different size or color, you can make an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Just make sure it is in its original condition, unused and with the tags intact.
Returns : If for any reason you would like to return a product, we will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and with tags intact. We will issue you a credit note for future purchases or, if you prefer, we will refund the cost of the product.
